Where to get it
You can buy it from amazon.co.uk : The All Star Workout
Breakthrough is also running a campaign to 'Show your breasts some TLC - Touch, Look, Check'.
Touch your breasts. Feel for anything unusual. Look for changes. Be aware of their shape and texture. Check anything unusual with your doctor. Chat with your friends if you are worried.
My advice is to look for the following when checking your breasts:
- has it changed in shape or size?
- is one larger than the other?
- is the skin dimpling or puckering?
- can you feel a lump of a thickening?
- check your armpit and the base of your neck for swelling
- check the nipple - is there are discharge? itchy skin? is it turning inwards?
For a more detailed description, see Dr Chris Steele's guide to breast self-examination.
These checks are important because:
* 1 in 9 women will get breast cancer at some point in their lives
* Over 41,000 women a year develop breast cancer
* Over 1000 die each month from it
But also remember that 9 out of 10 lumps are not cancer.
