If all this sounds familiar, join the club! Problems sleeping are more common than you think. An estimated 25 per cent of adults suffer from insomnia – they have trouble falling and staying asleep.
Sleep is essential for both our physical and mental well-being. Although not an illness, not getting enough sleep or poor quality sleep can leave you feeling exhausted the next day, and barely able to function.
