If you are quitting smoking, you will likely use food as a replacement for tobacco.
Instead of reaching for a cigarette, the reformed smoker will reach for a chocolate bar or crisps - which in time will lead to weight gain.
So, if you've stopped smoking, watch your weight.
Keep track of your fat intake and get some daily exercise - it's as easy as going for a 30 minute walk.
